Mandira Tripathee

I entered the UK with B.Tech degree in Electrical engineering already in hand, but specialized British manufacturing sector and government investment in research and development motivated me for MSc in Engineering System Management from Kingston University, London. UK universities have close link with the industry which provided me with huge opportunities to understand not only the British market but European market as a whole. Teaching – learning process is far different from what I had experienced in colleges and universities in Nepal and India. Open learning platform, modular teaching methods, interactive classes, less exams and more projects, and opportunity to meet people from all over the world in one class were some unique experiences that I never had before. Systematic and free personal career advice when and where required gave me motivation to enter into the industry and choose my career path.I definitely recommend education in the UK for those who want to make impact globally.
